'Property': Any residential property which is not a principal residence and which is advertised as a holiday home on our site.
'Owner': Person or persons owning a Qualifying Property.
'The website': any website owned by Perfect Getaways Ltd.
'Visitor': Any person visiting The Website.
'Our Service': The offer of a holiday rental service where the booking is made direct with the owner or rental agent.

The Website is owned and operated by Perfect Getaways Ltd.


3. Access and use of the site:
Access and use of the site are both governed by and conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Acceptance will be deemed to be the case by your access and/or usage of the site. Whereas Perfect Getaways Ltd endeavours to make the site available on a continuous basis, it does not warrant the site will be available 24 hours a day, or that it will be free from errors or viruses or other harmful components.

The website has links to various organisations involved principally in the travel industry, (e.g. flight information, car rental, and insurance websites). Any contract entered into is between the two parties involved.

The service offered by The Website is essentially the bringing together of two parties (the owner and visitor) for them to enter into a contract for the rental of a holiday home.

Copyright in the site, its contents, design and any trademarks are owned by Perfect Getaways Ltd.

7. Limitation of liability:
Limitations: The service offered via this website is, in essence, the bringing together of two people for them to enter into a holiday rental contract. No contractual relationship will be created between any Owner or Visitor and Perfect Getaways Ltd beyond the terms hereby set forth. Accordingly, neither Perfect Getaways Ltd nor its officers, agents nor employees will be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you (or any third party) arising (directly or indirectly) from your operation or usage of the site, howsoever arising. This limitation also applies to your use of the services of any linked sites. The information on this site is provided by the owner and we cannot accept any liability for incorrect information supplied and this should be verified directly with the property owner. Perfect Getaways Ltd strongly recommends that potential tenants confirm all the terms of the proposed rental contract with the property owner, in writing, in advance of the rental. It is also recommended that communication with the property owner be done by both email and telephone. Security: We undertake to take all reasonable steps to preserve the security of all information sent to us, but no guarantees or warranties are made, as internet data transmission is not totally secure. Indemnity: Perfect Getaways Ltd neither warrants nor guarantees that all the information/details/descriptions contained within the site is completely accurate or up to date. All property information has been provided by the Owner. Usage and reliance on content is at the risk of the Visitor.
